These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Thi Pay Stubs (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Thi Pay Stubs lets you generate pay stubs, IRS tax forms, and related documents by entering your own information into a form, previewing the result, and paying to download a finished PDF. The Service does not run payroll, file anything with a tax authority on your behalf, or provide accounting, legal, or tax advice.
Documents generated by Thi Pay Stubs are for estimation and record-keeping purposes. Tax calculations are based on published federal, state, and provincial rates, but Thi Pay Stubs is not a substitute for a licensed accountant, payroll provider, or tax professional. You are responsible for verifying that any document you generate is accurate and appropriate for your use.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. You agree not to use the Service to create fraudulent, misleading, or falsified documents, or to misrepresent income, employment, or identity to any third party (including landlords, lenders, employers, or government agencies).
The Service does not require you to create an account. After a paid order, you receive an Order ID that lets you look up and re-download that document from the "My Orders" page. You are responsible for keeping your Order ID — we cannot recover it for you if it's lost, beyond what's included in a confirmation email if one was sent.
Prices are shown before checkout and charged in full at the time of purchase, via Stripe (card) or PayPal. There is no subscription — you pay only for the documents you generate. Purchases are final; see our Pricing page for details on bulk discounts and refunds.
The Thi Pay Stubs name, templates, and software are owned by us. The information you enter and the documents you generate from it belong to you.
We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and tax rates or brackets may be updated as they change each year.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thi Pay Stubs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of documents generated by the Service, including damages arising from inaccurate information you entered or from reliance on a document for a purpose it wasn't intended for.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
