This Privacy Policy explains what information Thi Pay Stubs collects, how it's used, and how it's protected. We built Thi Pay Stubs to require no account and no login — the information below describes exactly what that means for your data.
When you fill out a form on Thi Pay Stubs, you enter information directly, such as:
This information is used only to generate the document you're creating and to let you re-download it later using your Order ID — we don't use it for marketing, and we don't sell it.
Once you complete a paid order, the document data and your order status are stored in our database so the "My Orders" page can reconstruct and re-render your document later. We do not currently offer a self-service way to delete this record; contact us if you'd like your data removed.
Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. Thi Pay Stubs never sees or stores your full card number — that information goes directly to our payment processor. We do receive limited transaction details (such as the amount charged and, if provided, your email address) needed to confirm and record your order.
Thi Pay Stubs does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. If that changes, this policy will be updated to describe what's collected and why.

Because there's no account, there's no profile to manage — your data is simply what you typed into a given order. Contact us if you'd like a past order's data deleted.
Thi Pay Stubs is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
